Introduction
Citadel Behavioral Health Services provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, consultation, medication management, and brief focused therapy services. We are open Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm.
We specialize in Bipolar, Depression, Schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Schizoaffective D/O, Substance Abuse management/addiction mental health, Sleep d/o, Mood disorder, ADD, Post Partum, Geriatric mental health and several other disorders.
The goal of our practice is to deliver competent and ethical care in the area of mental health. We couple this with cost effective and evidence-based practice strategies to offer a treatment plan that puts you, the patient, at the center of care.
