Dr. Nikita Richardson is the owner of Superior Health and Wellness Group. She is a dual certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has spent many years working in the health care field. She believes in education and wellness and found that the current system limited her ability to provide care at the highest level. She started Superior Health and Wellness Group with the idea that the patient will come first and with extended time and education, the patient will have the tools needed to make good decisions about their health. Throughout her career she has spent years working in primary care, community health, and mental health care. She is deeply passionate about nursing and enjoys providing holistic care to the patients she serves.

Dr. Richardson is a native of Jacksonville, Fl. In her free time she enjoys traveling and supporting her children in their activities.
