I am a board certified general and addiction psychiatrist. I completed my residency at University of Connecticut and addiction fellowship at Boston University Medical Center. After training, I worked for years at Boston Medical Center as an attending psychiatrist and was involved in resident training. I have experience treating different types of patients and different disorder spectrum. I enjoy working with patients from different background, I specialize in treating patients with broad range of psychological problems such as anxiety, mood, psychotic disorders, ADHD and substance abuse treatment.

I take into account that psychological problems are multidimensional, factors such as biology, environment and psychology play major roles. One of my aims right from the first visit and throughout the course of treatment is to assist patient to achieve their goals for treatment.
Treatments should be patient specific, I make use of evidence based treatment to address presenting problem. I utilize pharmacological, therapeutic, and lifestyle interventions to address individual patient’s challenges. Accepting new patients. I do accept most private insurance and I am happy to assist patient to submit a claim for out of network
